Hello everyone thank you for visiting my blog. Today I have made my first card using the Nobel Peacock Suite. This is my favourite suite in the new 2019 – 2020 catalogue.
How I made this card
For the base I used Pretty Peacock card measuring 6″ x 12″ scored and folded in half . For the side panel I cut of a foil rectangle 5.5 cm x 14 cm and using the Speciality card I cut a rectangle 5 cm x 13.5 cm . Glue both rectangles together then attach some ribbon to the bottom using tear & tape.
Stamp the Peacock onto Whisper White Card using Blueberry Bushel ink. I used my Stamparatus to do this. Colour the bird using Stampin’ Write pens then die cut using the Peacock die. I fussy cut the white boarder off so that I would have more foil showing. Using the same die cut the Peacock out of the Old Olive foil card and glue the coloured bird onto the foil bird. Adhere to the base card.
I stamped my sentiment onto white card and punched out with the 2″ circle punch, I then punched a starburst circle with contrasting foil card. I die cut some leaves and attached to the back of the sentiment and attached to the card using dimensionals.
I finished off the card with a co-ordinating rhinestone.
